Beginner Basics Watercolor Workshop with Sam Stitcher

This is basic class is geared toward the very Beginner

MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES INCLUDED - You may bring your own supplies if desired.

Paper, paint, brushes, pallets, paper towels, and water containers.

INFORMATION AND ACTIVITIES

•  Overview of watercolor materials: paper, paint, brushes, accessories

• Types of watercolor methods

• Wet on Dry

• Wet on Wet

• Loose vs. Realistic

• Line and Wash

• You will have four exercises to practice the methods you you've learned

• Resources for purchasing materials and on-line instruction will be supplied

The instructor will cast his camera to the large screen TV for students to easily see techniques being taught. 

There will be a break midway through the class. Bring a snack.

Each student will receive a handout containing the class syllabus and resources.
