Flow BMW has graciously invited Associated Artists to show and sell artwork during our 17h Annual Fall for Art at the Flow BMW showroom at 2565 Peters Creek Parkway. This event has been sponsored by Flow BMW as a fundraising art sale benefitting AAWS since 2002. All AAWS members are invited to attend Fall for Art, regardless of whether or not they exhibit artwork.


Please email us with your note of intent to info@associatedartists.org by Friday, November 10. Please include the phrase “FFA2018” in the subject line, to ensure your email is recognized as such. Please include the title(s), medium, and size (with frames) of your entries. You will receive a response in as timely a manner as possible. If you do not, please contact our office at (336) 747-1463 to confirm receipt. If you do not have access to email, you can call in your information or mail us a completed inventory sheet.

For 2-D works, Fall for Art is limited to the first 100 entries, with a limit of four works per artist. This is a popular event, so spaces will fill quickly. A short waiting list will be maintained after slots are filled. 3D entries are unlimited as long as they are free-standing or you provide your own pedestals (a small number of pedestals will be available on a first-come, first-serve policy). Both 2-D and 3-D artists, you can set up your very own booth in one of the office areas.
There is no entry fee for Fall for Art. No 2-D artwork may exceed 50 inches in length or 50 pounds in weight. No “alligator” type hangers. Canvases must be framed, or gallery wrapped with no visible staples or unpainted canvas. Canvases with wet paint will not be accepted. Works on paper should be protected by glass or Plexiglas. Sculpture must be ready to be displayed in the booth setting. Improperly presented work will not be displayed at this event.
